Swedish Relaxation massage varies from light to medium to firm pressure, however, relaxation massage is gentle-lighter pressure.

HOT STONE
This type of massage involves the use and placement of basalt River rock on different points of the body. The rocks are heated before use and the massage therapist can then apply deeper pressure to areas of concern without causing any discomfort.

SWEDISH MASSAGE
Swedish massage is a whole-body therapeutic massage treatment that works the soft tissues and muscles to help restore health - creating a calming and balancing effect on the nervous system.
The massage therapist will use five main types of massage techniques in a Swedish massage: stroking and gliding; kneading; rubbing; tapping or pounding; vibration

THAI MASSAGE
Performed on the floor or a firm mat, the practitioner use their entire bodies, including their hands, elbows, feet, and knees to stand, kneel, or walk on the recipient and create deep pressure.
Unlike Swedish massage, oils are not used during Thai massage.
