All deposits made to Oceana Medi Spa are non-refundable. However, we will happily reschedule you if you provide 48+ hours notice.  If you are no longer able to make your appointment at any time, please let us know ASAP and we will do our best to assist you!   These terms apply once any deposit has been made.   ​
